MEMORANDUM
TO: BOZEMAN CITY COMMISSION

RE: BLACKWOOD GROVES MAJOR SUBDIVISION
APPLICATION 20447
DATE: JUNE 8, 2021
The Bozeman Planning Board (Board) held a public hearing on this subdivision application on June 7, 2021. The Board considered the application, public testimony, and staff report. No public comment was received at the public hearing.
After consideration of all applicable materials and information the Board made the
following motion:
Having reviewed and considered the application materials, public comment, and all the information presented, I hereby adopt the findings presented in the staff report for application 20447 and move to recommend approval of the subdivision with
conditions and subject to all applicable code provisions.
The motion passed 5-0. The Board found that the proposed plat was in accordance with the growth policy and Bozeman’s subdivision regulations.
