HomeMy WebLinkAbout21-1 Neighborhood Center Plan 2019-09-24 1 Neighborhood Center Plan This section is a response to the requirements of the City of Bozeman Unified Development Ordinance Section 38.220.060 relative to the Neighborhood Center Plan. The Bozeman Gateway PUD has several neighborhood center open space focal points. In Phase 4, there are 3 open space lots along the eastern perimeter which will be used as a shared community space for gathering, relaxing and recreating. The open space areas will be enhanced with bike/pedestrian trails, sidewalk, and landscaping connecting the site to properties on the north and south. The open space will also protect an existing stream corridor that will remain for the most part in its natural state. The pedestrian corridors will connect the various uses, activities and common open space areas within the site and connect the site within adjacent properties on all sides. Proposed Open Space Corridor 2 Additionally, within Phase 4, Common Areas 9 and 10 will function as a lifestyle center that is adjacent to Technology Boulevard’s main street retail area. The space will have a tower marking the center of the lifestyle area, outdoor cafés which spill into the plaza, water features and seating areas.
