Hi David,
I recently moved into the NE neighborhood. I have always heard the train horns from afar (forthe last 11 years), but now that I live closer the sound is unbearable, especially at night.
I was told that you were a point of contact for what is happening regarding a potential quietzone through the Wallace-Griffin corridor. What is happening with this at this point? I amwanting to get involved to help this process along. Thanks for your time.
