NOW THEREFORE,the Grantee hereby releases all of its right,title, and interest to the lien in the real property described as: 4805, 4815,4845,4825, and 4835 Golden Gate Avenue and legally described as Lot 11,Block 1, Loyal Garden Subdivision Phase 1A, City of Bozeman, Gallatin County,Montana.
