RELEASE OF AGREEMENT AND NOTICE OF INTENT TO LIEN UPON REAL
PROPERTY
WHEREAS, an Agreement and Notice of Intent to Lien to Secure Payment of Deferred
Development Impact Fees was entered into in association with Building Permits 16-23858, 16-
23857, 16-23856, 16-23850, and 16-23848 and,
WHEREAS, Grantor has satisfied the conditions for the release of lien encumbering certain
parcels under said Agreement.
NOW THEREFORE,the Grantee hereby releases all of its right,title, and interest to the lien
in the real property described as: 4805, 4815,4845,4825, and 4835 Golden Gate Avenue and
legally described as Lot 11,Block 1, Loyal Garden Subdivision Phase 1A, City of Bozeman,
Gallatin County,Montana.
