People are getting priced out of Bozeman. I see that there possibly 418 vacation rentals in Bozeman. That
results in fewer houses on the market, and higher demand- and possibly higher prices. The bidding wars are
turning into the next comps. Some businesses are or have been affected by the lack of people to work- and
consumers may experience that shortage.
Many apartments are being built instead of homes. Instead of selling their homes for the market- people
may be turning those into rentals. So if people are focusing on what benefits them, instead of the local
economy many may suffer.
On another note, Bozeman is growing and litter is worse as well as wreckless driving. I think Bozeman needs
a regular group of workers to keep our area clean.
