Mayor Andrus and Commissioners,
I want to apologize my misunderstanding of ‘Quasi-Judicial’ in regard to talking with commissioners
about the CUP wireless tower application. I believe any items discussed were clearly outlined in the
letter sent.
I intend to reach out and meet with Mike Maas and Jesse DiTomasso to become more educated on
policies such as these. I am still learning in my new position and greatly appreciate your patience in
