Call to Order & Identification of Attendees II. Election of 2021 Secretary. III. Disclosures of Possible Conflicts of Interest. IV. Approval of Meeting Agenda (Chair may make sequence adjustments when helpful) V. Public Comment (Please state your name and the general vicinity of your residence. This is the time for individuals to comment on any matters falling within the purview of the Committee. Opportunity for public input will also be provided in conjunction with each individual agenda item. A given speaker addressing a given topic may speak at one or the other of those two opportunities but not both. Please limit comments to a maximum of five minutes. The chairperson may alter or waive these restrictions.) VI. Approval of Minutes of March 10 and April 14 Meetings. VII. MDT’s Transportation Alternatives (TA) Program (possibly recommend projects & associated “Local Funding”. Consider Writing Letters of Support). VIII. Consider Making Recommendations on City, County, and School District Transportation Funding IX. Discuss City’s Plan to Consolidate Advisory Boards & Create “Super Boards”.. X. Report on Outcome of Legislative Session. XI. Reports from School District, City, County & MDT Officials, Staff, and Law Enfo. XII. Reports from Related Groups (BABAB, TCC, GVLT, Safer Bozeman, GAP, etc.) XIII. Report on Results of Other Previous Actions & Consideration of Follow-Up Actions. XIV. Additional Business (time permitting) a. Consider making safety-related recommendations to Congress, the State legislature, MDT, City & County Commissions, planning boards, other review groups, administrative bodies & advocacy groups on proposed projects and on policies, budgets, & capital improvement programs scheduled for consideration by those bodies or under staff review b. Specific Sidewalks & Pedestrian Crossings (existing or proposed) c. Individual streets & Intersections (e.g., Willson, College, Kagy) d. Distracted Driver Issues (bills, laws, ordinances & educational efforts) e. Consider Joining With Other Groups in Advocating for Safety Causes f. Other Concerns of Members XV.
