L.5 Ordinance 2070, Provisional Adoption of Form and Intensity Standards Update Text Amendment to Revise the Bozeman Municipal Code to Increase the Allowable Height in Several Zoning Districts to Account for a Change in Construction Industry Standards and to Increase the Height in R-O and B-2 to Allow for an Additional Story, Reduce the Number of Roof Pitch Categories and Change the Location of Commercial Front Setback Designations.
