Subdivision.
The easement ismore particularlydescribedon the attachedExhibitsA and B which by
thisreferencearemade a parthereof.
The GRANTOR(S)agrees:
(1)To constructand maintain the sidewalk at theirown expense in accordance with relevant
City Ordinances.including.but not limitedto.snow removal and allmajor and minor
repairwork.
(2)To allow the City to make any and allinspectionsof the sidewalk and land appurtenant
theretoas the City reasonablydeems necessary.
The GRANTOR(S)warrant that they are lawfully seized and possessed of the real
property describedabove,thatthey have a lawfulrightto convey the property.or any partof it.
and thatthey willforeverdefend thetitleto thispropertyagainstthe claims of allpersons.
The GRANTOR furtheragrees thatthe GRANTEE may peaceably hold and enjoy the
rightsand privilegesherein granted without any interruptionby the GRANTORS.The terms.
covenants and provisions of this easement shall extend to and be binding upon the heirs.
