the irrigation ditch connections across the project site.The MCDC is in general agreement with the ditch
plan, including some realignment of existing ditches), as shown on the preliminary plat map for the
Blackwood Groves Subdivision. A ditch maintenance agreement will be prepared and signed by both
parties before work on the irrigation ditches commences.
