ALL OTHER REQUIRED EROSION CONTROL MEASURES SHALL BE INSTALLED AT THE APPROPRIATE TIME IN THE CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE AS INDICATED IN THE APPROVED PROJECT SCHEDULE, CONSTRUCTION PLANS, AND STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN. 3.AT ALL TIMES DURING CONSTRUCTION, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PREVENTING AND CONTROLLING ON-SITE EROSION INCLUDING KEEPING THE PROPERTY SUFFICIENTLY WATERED SO AS TO MINIMIZE WIND BLOWN SEDIMENT.
