RELEASE OF PLATTED TEMPORARY EASEMENT
This Release is made this ____ day of _______ 2020, by the CITY OF BOZEMAN,
MONTANA, a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Montana, 316
North Park Avenue, Helena, Montana 59623.
The Bozeman City Commissions, at a regularly scheduled public meeting on ___________, 2020,
approved a release of the City’s interest in the 50’ Temporary Cul-De-Sac Easement 200FM369 as shown
on the Final Plat of the Bridger Peaks Village Subdivision, Certificate of Survey No. 1215D, in the
records of the Clerk and Recorder of Gallatin County, Montana, and as shown on the attached Exhibit.
By this Release, the City relinquishes its interest in the portion of the utility easements listed
above.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City has executed the foregoing instrument the day and year
first above written.
