The Bozeman City Commissions, at a regularly scheduled public meeting on ___________, 2020, approved a release of the City’s interest in the 50’ Temporary Cul-De-Sac Easement 200FM369 as shown on the Final Plat of the Bridger Peaks Village Subdivision, Certificate of Survey No. 1215D, in the records of the Clerk and Recorder of Gallatin County, Montana, and as shown on the attached Exhibit. By this Release, the City relinquishes its interest in the portion of the utility easements listed above.
