RE: Phasing Plan Narrative for Bozeman East Apartments
Phase 1 - North 15th Avenue between Patrick Street and Tschache Lane - Remaining portion of Tschache Lane to the intersection of North 15th Avenue
- Detention pond enlargement to full build with revised outlet structure
- Water improvements - Sewer improvements - Building and parking for Building 3/C and 4/D - Phase 1 storm infrastructure
o Construct storm extension east along Tschache Lane to existing pond.
o Construct west parking lot storm infrastructure connecting into proposed storm along Tschache
o Construct storm extension from existing SW storm drain inlet. Extend to the north east to connect to stormwater pipe from Building 3. Until phase 2 is constructed, storm pipe is to daylight into existing channel flowing to existing pond. Phase 2 - Building and parking for Building 1/A and 2/B
- Continue southwest storm piping northeast through Phase 2 to existing pond
