Brian / Griffin,
We will be starting work again on the site plan application for the Bozeman East Apartment project. I am
hoping to tackle the Grading as Drainage portion of the site plan submittal the same way we did on
Bozeman West (App # 17108). Where we turn in detailed grading and drainage plans and reports after
the site plan has been generally approved by planning. The attachment email chain is from our
discussion on this topic for the Bozeman West project. I believe this approach saved all of us time and
money from having to do the final grading more than once. Let me know if we can take this same
approach on the Bozeman East project?
