• The anticipated size of the building is 10,000 sqft – 13,000 sqft but that is just an estimate, final
size won’t be known until this RFQ is completed and a firm is selected to help us finalize this.
• The anticipated cost of the building is also unknown but the maximum cost based on our current
plan is $7 million but again until this RFQ is completed and a firm is selected to help us finalize
this number this is just an estimate.
• Clarification on the submittal process whether we want paper or electronic. I have told folks we
will take either but prefer electronic.
