I still wish to protest the proposals for Buffalo Run. I own the property at 3470 S 29th and am a 50 yer resident of
Bozeman. I do not believe enough attention has been paid to possible traffic it will increase. I do not believe enough
attention has been paid to current and proposed water uses.I still believe this is spot zoning as the nearest R4 zone is
more than a mile away.The proposed area is next to agricultural land and would be a lonely island.
We all know Bozeman needs more housing.But this proposal is way too dense for the surrounding area.I believe the
developer is still trying to get the very most from every last inch of ground and this is not the place to do it.
