Good Morning,
I live in Meadow Creek and am very concerned about what I am hearing.
Overall, I feel Buffalo Run, being R4 in this area, is shoving a round peg into a square hole.
I understand, and am sensitive to the housing crisis in Bozeman, but we still need to do things the
right way to grow Bozeman. We cannot panic and start making unsound decisions. We need to
keep Bozeman growing in the right way and sustainable way.
This is not fair to us in Meadow Creek. Just because this developer chose a piece of land that is not
ready for R4 should not be Bozeman’s problem. The increased traffic through Meadow Creek is not
a fair solution as its not Meadow Creek’s problem that Stucky and Fowler are not ready for R4.
Please keep Bozeman growing in a sustainable way. This isn’t fair to Meadow Creek.
