I have submitted previous comments regarding the proposed Buffalo Run development, but I
again want to reiterate my concern. Specifically, with the most recent proposal, I am veryconcerned with the plans for traffic flow and access to this development.
The most recent plans seem to leave a possibility for an access road in Ainsworth Park. I was
playing with my one year old son at this playground this weekend and could not imagine aroad right next to this playground. I would no longer feel safe letting kids play there.
I implore anyone voting on this proposal to visit the location before making a decision, and
see for themselves that the proposed access and infrastructure just doesn't make sense. At thevery least, I believe paving Fowler as an access point should be required for this proposal to be
approved.
I grew up in Bozeman and am used to seeing change. I am very supportive of meeting thehousing demands of this growing community. I just hope the city continues to grow in a
thoughtful and responsible way.
