Please DO NOT allow R4 zoning for Buffalo Run. This level of zoning does not fit in with
the surrounding area containing mostly single family homes. Whoever is developing buffalorun should be required to match existing neighborhoods that surround the land.
The increased traffic through Meadow Creek subdivision will change the whole
neighborhood. Currently it is a quite nice place to live, the proposed 1100 vehicles per daytraveling down Kirk will change that.
Do Not Allow this to happen. Please consider R1 Only for Buffalo Run.
