Maybe this new development should should be responsible for a few improvements to ensure the success of new
development. 1) improve water pressure. 2) create access from Fowler road. Further ideas also need to be considered
so this development doesn’t cause future problems for the city. Over use of current infrastructure will potentially
become a greater liability then creating more efficient solutions.
And the 1)city should also consider safety concerns over increased traffic in existing areas. 2)emergency response
needs safe and easy access to new developed areas which doesn’t threaten existing ones.
