To whom it may concern, I'm disappointed in the continued support of R-4 zoning when all of the directly adjacent lotsare not R-4. The closest R-4 zoning is a mile away from the proposed site. Without clarification of how far away is considered adjacent it can only be assumed that all ofBozeman is adjacent to R-4 zoning. I believe leaving the proposed Buffalo Run development as R-4 while saying that zoning has been carefully considered is disingenuous of the CityCommission, given the multiple comments and feedback from Meadow Creek Residents. I am especially shocked with what feels like a bait and switch of the proposed access points to the Buffalo Run development. In previous talks there was discussion of improving Fowlerand having most of the traffic go through Fowler to this proposed development. I am exceedingly disappointed that the plan is to route the majority of the traffic through KurkRoad and that this plan continues to allow for future annexation of the Meadow Creek Parkland for an additional access road if over 1,100 cars per day are utilizing Kurk Road. Thisdoesn't seem any different from the developers initial proposal. I am still concerned about pedestrian traffic, and child safety surrounding the Meadow Creek Park given this proposedincrease in traffic. While there would be improvements in sidewalk creation and access I do not feel that this is enough to mitigate the impact this would have on my ability to safely enjoywalking in my neighborhood. I continue to worry about water pressure. In the 21076 Buffalo Run Annex and Zone Map document there are multiple comments about how adequate water and sewer can be hooked upalong with how it is currently unknown what the utilization rate of the proposed development would be. I appreciate that there are plans to ensure water pressure remains unchanged for theMeadow Creek Development, but these steps are only after construction has been completed. It feels like any loss of water pressure to my house and neighborhood due to the high densityhousing development is being ignored as an unimportant consideration to the development plans. Once something is in place it will be very difficult to get back loss of water pressureand my neighborhood will have to live with the outcome. Lack of water pressure is already a problem and a concern in my neighborhood and at my house specifically. In order to be ableto run a sprinkler system and have any pressure to do any other activities involving water I have had to install a booster pump. Many neighbors have had to do the same. I do not feel theproposal adequately plans for increased usage and mitigation of adverse effects to the Meadow Creek Residents. Please do not support R-4 zoning and reconsider the negative impacts that Buffalo Run wouldhave with the current proposal on the existing and established Meadow Creek subdivision. Thank you for your time and consideration. Heather and Grant NelsonMeadow Creek Resident 6193 Blackwood Road
