Hi Karl and Susana,
I understand the Cottonwood Apartments Site Plans are approaching approval. I’m work ing with the applicant on the CIL
of water right final fee determination and agreement. As the agreement is non-standard and is taking additional time to
work through I ask that the condition be added to the site plans requiring the CIL fee to be paid prior to building permit
approval to allow additional time to finalize the fee and agreement.
