HomeMy WebLinkAbout20394 Notice NOTICE OF A SITE PLAN APPLICATION This application is evaluated against the Site Plan criteria of Section 38.230.100 and the Landscape Block Frontage Departure criteria of 38.510.020.2.a and 38.510.030.C of the Bozeman Municipal Code (BMC) and associated standards. Per 38.230.100.B, BMC, approval is granted if all criteria are met. The public may comment in writing regarding compliance of this application with the required criteria. Comments should identify the specific criteria of concern along with facts in support of the comment. Per 38.250.070.B, BMC, issues not raised during public comment period may not be raised on appeal. During the notice period the City will continue review for compliance with applicable regulations. Project Name: Bridger Veterinary Hospital Application: 20394 Summary: Site Plan application for new construction of a 2-story, 20,000 square foot veterinary hospital and associated parking and open space. The Applicant requests Block Frontage (BF) Departures to (1) designate the Campbell and Reeves Road E frontages of the Site as Landscape BF to take precedence over the Site’s Frontage Road Gateway BF designation; and (2) to reduce the 25% transparency (windows) requirement for a radiation building facing Campbell Road to 16%.
