Revision and Correction Form Narrative
Hello,
This revision tackle items of concern related in letter dated March 22, 2021. Our designed has
evolved to meet these concerns as outlined below.
2.The existing Studio on the property is an open floor plan with a small bathroom and the
remaining area is used for a kitchen, living room with space for a bed. It is an open studio plan,
as it originally was an art studio used for painting. This will be used as an accessory dwelling
unit.
3.The area on the north will be landscaped a minimum of 75%, with grass and shrubbery,
with gardens in the north east similar to what is there now. The roof covering this area was
reduced to a 2’ overhang.
