Revision and Correction Form Narrative
Hello,
This revision includes a lot merger agreement to resolve the issue of the proposed building
straddling the lot line between lot 6 & lot 7.
We have altered the design slightly to set the garage wall back from the front porch wall 4’
instead of 3’ on the street facade of the proposed home. The east elevation has been noted to
describe the 8’ win garage door in relation to the 26’ aid facade, also to fit within the
recommendations described in Section38.350.070.
