Revision and Correction Form Narrative
Hello,
This revision tackle items of concern related in letter dated January 29, 2021. Our designed has
evolved to meet these concerns as outlined below.
1.Lot merger agreement
We will be submitting the original signed / notarized agreement prior to getting our
building permit, within the next week or two.
2.Garage set back standard
We have eliminated the garage and designed a car port for the storage of 1 vehicle.
This carport is attached to the principle building and open on two sides. This eliminates the
unsightly garage door facing Grand as well as providing an interesting aesthetic to the home’s
East and north facade.
3.The existing Studio on the property is an open floor plan with a small bathroom and the
remaining area is used for a kitchen, living room with space for a bed. It is an open studio plan,
as it originally was an art studio used for painting.
4.The Garage space:
By eliminating the garage in preference to a carport the covered area for a vehicle is
now 24’ x 11’-10”.
5.The area on the north will be landscaped a minimum of 75%, with grass and shrubbery,
with gardens in the north east similar to what is there now.
6. We have eliminated the red/rusty standing seam metal siding on the front of the building
and replaced it with a 5” red lap siding which will compliment the brick work on the existing
home to the south. We have also redesigned the siding on this home to work with the new lap
siding element and the other homes within the neighborhood.
Thanks you for your time
