I would like to ask if a representative from the Plastic PollutionReduction Coalition could be on the Commission
agenda at a suitable time for you. Our coalition believes it is time for our community to wrestle with the problems
stemming from the use of single use plastic bags. Enough is enough and because this throw away mentality prevails
due to expediency, there needs to be more public awareness. The coalition has ideas to offer that might help make a
difference. Thank you for all your rich community-minded efforts. Please allow us time to confer. June Billings
