Dear City Commissioners:
I enthusiastically and respectfully ask that Tom Woods be appointed to fill the vacancy for City Commissioner for
the following reasons:
1) his experience in the State Legislature.
2) In the Bozeman Daily Chronicle article about his candidacy, Tom remarked that he “likes complicated issues”
and hopefully he will get his wish in helping to figure out how to grow Bozeman with wisdom, creativity and
sustainable planning.
3) I have campaigned for Tom Woods and he has an uncanny ability to explain those complicated issues with clarity
and depth of understanding.
4) We need smart, practical people to rise to the challenges of living in the 21st Century and I believe that Tom
Woods is the best candidate.
