ICM Taylor highlighted the City’s preparation for the coming surge of cases and the status of the
City’s response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

1. Interviews with City Manager Semi-finalist Candidates
The Mayor may close the meeting to the public pursuant to Sect. 2-3-203(3), MCA, during the time
discussion relates to a matter of individual privacy if and only if the Mayor determines the demands of
individual privacy clearly exceed the merits of public disclosure. The right of individual privacy may be
waived by the individual about whom the discussion pertains and, in that event, the meeting must be
open.
