DM Cunningham asked how the boards can more accurately represent Bozeman's community. He asked
how becoming an entitlement community would affect boards.
Cr Wallner asked CM Mihelich to reiterate how fewer boards will enhance community engagement.
Mayor Andrus asked how boards with specific qualifications for members will be transformed into super
boards.
