Tom Woods is the gift that keeps on giving. He has honestly and effectively represented us in the Montana
legislature. He would have been a great public service commissioner. I went to several of his presentations
and it was obvious he knew what he was talking about and had realistic plans for improving the
Commission. He is a brilliant and public minded person and the City Commission would be greatly served if
he were appointed.
