Hello:
I am a longtime Bozeman resident who lives in Meadow Creek Subdivision writing in opposition to the
request for R-4 zoning for the proposed Buffalo Run subdivision. While Bozeman is growing rapidly, it
makes little sense to approve this island of R-4 away from mixed-use districts, commercial districts and an
area likely not to be served by transit. Also, please consider requiring the development to provide better
access on Fowler and 31st street.
