Hello,
My name is Brad Thome. I live at 2661 S. 26th Ave.
I am totally against more high density zoning next to Meadow Creek. No other part of the cityhas the multi-family zoning monstrosities that we have next to our subdivision. The city
needs to have a better plan.
The plan should start with the city building the necessary infrastructure first, before we buildhigh density units anywhere, especially along Fowler Road. The city needs to build roads,
better water support, and have better covenants (look at the parking nightmare on Enterpriseby Talbach House.
I ask you to please stop attacking our subdivision with these poorly planned zoning decisions
based on bad information.
