I am writing to voice my strong opposition to the R-4 zoning request by the developers of the proposed
Buffalo Run development. I do not believe that the R-4 zoning request meets the city's zoning criteria and
should be denied in favor or a lower density zoning or variable zoning.
As a homeowner in the Meadowcreek subdivision I am concerned about the impact of a development such
as this coming to fruition. While I do not oppose the suggestion of any development, this R-4 zoning is
wholly inappropriate for this location. The traffic alone is a major concern for the character and the safety
of this quiet neighbourhood.
I urge the zoning commission to deny this request.
