Subject: Buffalo Run Project
I am writing to express my opposition to the proposed R-4 high-density zoning of the Buffalo Run Project. I
am a resident of Meadow Creek and the proposed R-4 zoning is completely inconsistent with the Meadow
Creek subdivision where the project would be adjacent to. The proposed R-4 zoning as defined by the
Unified Development Code "is appropriate for areas adjacent to mixed-use district, commercial districts and
or served by transit to accommodate a higher density of residents in close proximity to jobs and services."
None of these elements exist at the proposed location for this project. This is not the location for R-4
zoning!
