Dear Commissioners
We are homeowners in the Meadow Creek subdivision. We are concerned about how the Buffalo Run proposed
subdivision will affect our neighborhood. We are not against the development just the R-4 designation that we feel
is not compatible with our R-3 zoning. We are also concerned about the proposed traffic and how it will impact
kids, dogs and families that so love to walk through the subdivision. We have 5 grandkids ages 2 - 16 who love to
visit and walk, play, and bike. We also have 2 dogs which we walk almost everyday in neighborhood. Please look
at requiring pavement of Fowler to relieve traffic in our subdivision. Thanks for your careful consideration of this
matter.
