As a resident of the Meadow Creek community and neighborhood with frontage on the narrow busy 27th collector street, I have continued concerns with an R-4 zoning. The main concern, trouble, and problem is that the R-4 zoning is pretty much the exact same as the R-5 ! Densely populated housing which is NO WHERE near public transportation ,and businesses-really? 3 miles to a quart of milk or a loaf of bread. This 20acres of agricultural fields are an island of, hopeful returns for the developers. An island of lone fields connected to nothing. No- thing. The Buffalo Run and ANY possible development will use OUR roads, through our community, tearing into our park, tapping into our current water, electric and services. In addition where are all these 2-3 bedrooms condos townhouses people going to park their vehicles? Oh those will be on my streets on 30th in front of the park. Because if you have 2 bedrooms you could have 2-4 people. (Living around here you, need a vehicle.) Partner- has a vehicle, roommate has a vehicle , and his girlfriend just moved in. ( with a vehicle) Oh not your problem, right? The development on the corner of Graf and Enterprise Is R4 with a terrible and frankly dangerous parking situation. There should only be parking on one side of the street. And the road is never plowed. It would be a negligent action of this board to approve R4 zoning. I would like to add to my neighborhood and community. I wave ,say hello, pet their dog, smile a the kids. R-4 is not an extension of our community. They will only drive thru ours- come and go. I was in Dave’s sushi last week and you can’t see the top of the building across the street. Heck am I ever going to find parking downtown? It feels like there is an unchecked cell division going on. There are Rules and Regulations set by the city and this commission ,they should be followed. Why would R4 even be considered? Seriously Why? Buffalo Run is truly an island floating in agriculture fields. Death by a thousand cuts. Wood ,nails, bricks, trucks, noise ... Houston we have a problem. Bozeman we have a problem. Thank you for your time and energy. Thank you for your service to this sweet part of world. Linda Lyon Meadow Creek Concerned citizen Sent from my iPad
