As residents of the Meadow Creek Subdivision, we want to let you know that we strongly oppose the proposed
resubmitted zoningfor Buffalo Run application asking for a designation of R-4 “Residential High Density District”.
We live at 2616 Golden Sun Drive no more than 100 yards from the two affected intersections, Graf and 27th ave. Our neighborhoodis made up of young families that have children aging from preschool, grade school up to high school whose safetywill underminedif this zoning request is approved.
The approval of this proposed R-4 high density zoning request without specific defined amount of homes orresidents provided by thedeveloper without a traffic impact study would be irresponsible if not negligent on the part of our city commission.
As residents of our city and The Meadow Creek Subdivision, we strongly oppose this proposal.
