I am writing to request that Resolution 5261, on the agenda for Commission approval on
Tuesday March 9th, 2021, be removed from the agenda. This Resolution requests that
$150,000 from the Community Housing Fund be reallocated from down payment assistance to
emergency and transitional housing. While transfer of these funds may be appropriate, this
transfer has not come before the Community Affordable Housing Advisory Board and hence
CAHAB has not had the opportunity to consider this transfer and make a recommendation.
