Dear City of Bozeman,
I am writing to plead that you require sufficient parking for new developments in and near downtown.
I live at 5 W Mendenhall. The developer built only one parking space per unit in the garage. We have 43
units and almost every one has two cars. This burdens public parking.
There’s no reason developers should get rich and leave their inadequate parking planning as a problem for
the City and the general public.
