HomeMy WebLinkAboutProject Narrative 03-15-20 Palisades Condominiums - Project Narrative & Concept Review Comments Page 1 of 1 Palisades Condominium - Project Narrative Application 19461 The Palisades Condominium is a 1.57 acre residential development consisting of six (6) buildings, each with a varied number of 2-bedroom units, for a total of 19 dwelling units. It is an R-3 zoned property located on the southeast corner of Catamount St and Warbler Way. All internal drives and other infrastructure will be built at once. The buildings will be constructed in phases as is shown on the construction plan Sheet C0.1. Each 3-story dwelling contains a 1-car garage with a 1-car drive. The site will have on-site surface and surface retention/infiltration basins to provide for stormwater run-off. No off-site stormwater discharge is proposed as the ext’g driveway drains to the low point of the site and grades do not allow for any off-site discharge. Snow storage areas are proposed at convenient locations for snow plowing and provides adequate on-site storage. Solid waste will be provided via totes, stored in the garage. Parking for the project exceeds minimum code requirements. Parking Summary: Units: 19 2-bedroom Required: 38 spaces Provided: 1 per garage 1 per drive 3 on street Total: 41 spaces
