Hi Chris – CILWR were provided for Cattail Sub Ph 3 so a credit exists for the subject property. The proportional credit
available for the project is 4.37AF/ac, so for the 1.57 acres on Lots 1 and 7, produces 6.9 AF of credit. 6.9 AF against the
typical MF unit demand of 0.124 AF/unit provides credit for 55 MF units. The project proposes 19 units so the credit
sufficiently covers the anticipated developed water demand. No CILWR are necessary for this project.
