Regarding the Kagy Blvd .Expansion:
I would like to formally request that the city please include a timeframe during the construction phase of
the project in which utilities would have the opportunity to install facilities in open trench along Kagy and
the cross streets associated with the Project. As well, I would like to request that Utility Crossings be
included in the plan in order to accommodate future expansion in the subject area.
