On April 24, 2017 the Board of Directors of Westridge Meadows Condominium Association submitted a
letter to Craig Woolard, Director of Public Works expressing our concern regarding the extremely
dangerous intersection of Kagy Blvd with both Fairway Drive and Carol Place. I hope the current
Commission will review that letter with all the reasons given to address this situation. NO ACTION was
taken to address this situation!
With the proposal to widen Kagy between Willson and 19th Ave, the above intersection will only become
more dangerous if not almost impossible to enter from either Fairway Drive or Carol Place because of
curves to both the East and the West AND increased traffic on Kagy.
PLEASE consider this intersection as you plan for any changes in Kagy.
