Dear Commission Members,
I would like to express my opposition to the proposed four-lane expansion of Kagy Boulevard.
That area is much too residential to turn into the spitting image of 19th Avenue. Other more
modest alterations to improve traffic flow should be used rather than this sledge hammer
proposal. I would encourage you, therefore, to open up discussion of this issue at one or more
public hearings to find out the will of the people, particularly those living in that area, on this
issue.
