I urge you to rethink the plan for expanding Kagy to four lanes. This plan would put a freeway sized road through
our town. We have no need to divide Bozeman. We also have no need to do anything to make driving easier in
Bozeman. That does not match the goal of making Bozeman a more sustainable community. I realize that allocated
money often has constraints, but investing in better bus service and safer, easier ways to travel by bicycle would be
a better solution.
