NOTICE OF AWARD
2020 Storm Improvements

To: Central Excavation, Inc.

Project: 2020 Storm Improvements
Notification: The City of Bozeman hereby notifies you that they have considered your quote opened on September 11, 2020, for the 2020 Storm Improvements
(Project) and has determined that you are the apparent successful bidder. As such,
the City of Bozeman is awarding you the construction contract for the Project. The
price of your contract with the City of Bozeman for the work is Seventy-Six Thousand
Two-Hundred and Ninety-Three Dollars ($76,293.00).
Required Deliverables: Upon receipt and agreement of this Notice of Award, please
deliver the following to the City of Bozeman located at P.O. Box 1230 Bozeman, MT
59771 (mail) or 20 East Olive St Bozeman, MT 59771 (physical and ship):
1. Three (3) executed counterparts of the Project’s Agreement Form.
2. Payment Bond and Performance Bond, as defined in Article 12 of the Project’s
Agreement Form. 3. Certificates of Insurance, as defined in Article 13 of the Project’s Agreement
Form.
Next Steps: If approved, the City of Bozeman will return one fully signed counterpart
of the Agreement Form and contact you to discuss the Project’s timeline and details.
