Variance Request by Ryan Elliott, Beatty Road, Tract 2 of COS 2624, SW ¼ of Section 19, Township 2 South and Range 5 East, Bozeman, Gallatin County, Montana a. 2020-030: To construct a wastewater treatment system using a sealed component (transport line) that comes within 50 feet of surface water (Dry Creek). This transport line is proposed to perpendicularly cross Dry Creek. 2.
