This site is a single-story concrete and masonry building built in 1974 as an attorney’s office and currently housing Intrinsik
Architecture. It has a rectangular plan shape and concrete foundation. The roof is shed-roofed, which angles down to the south. It has a vertical T1-11 plywood siding box cornice and a brick parapet wall which runs the length of the building along its north end. The
primary façade faces east onto N Tracy Ave. The main entry is a side-hung door at the south end of the façade, accessed by a concrete stoop as well as an ADA-accessible ramp leading up from the south. To the north of the entry, spanning the façade, is a bank of single-
lite fixed windows set beneath the overhanging roof. Basement lites are exposed and consist of two modern two-lite sliding windows within a wide reclaimed concrete-lined window well. The north elevation has two banks of alauminim four-lite sliding windows at
shoulder height. The south elevation has a secondary at-grade entry and window openings, and a contemporary steel fence encloses a side patio along the south elevation of the building.
